We are looking for a Category Manager to develop and execute category plans for the strategic sourcing of indirect materials and services that support MRO requirements.
This person will lead strategic sourcing initiatives for all business units and locations in North America.
Specific Responsibilities Include:- Responsible for providing expert level global category knowledge, including supplier capacity and capabilities.
- Engages category stakeholders as needed to understand business needs and provide category insights.

District Sales Manager
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion, sale and service for the North American flat roll products division.
If you are driven, self motivated and passionate about sales and building relationships, the District Sales Manager is the right opportunity for you. This position offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped bonus potential.
Specific Responsibilities Include:- Implementing established sales plans and strategies to support growing flat products business.
- Develop sales objectives and forecast for assigned market.
- Establish and maintain strong personal contacts and relationships with key customers in assigned markets.
- Quote price, credit terms, delivery time, etc., consistent with company goals and objectives and guidelines.
- Establish and plan an itinerary of calls, developing a call pattern to attract a new customer base while maintaining and growing your existing customer base.
- Provide reporting on calls to existing customers and potential customers, as well as, business transactions and expenses.
- Gather relevant data to be used for strategic planning development.
- Investigate customer complaints/product performance and provide support to technical services regarding claims processing as necessary (view rejected material, offer recommendation for resolution).
- Responsible for providing feedback to customers regarding operational capabilities at all EVRAZ Inc NA flat roll facilities.
- Provide support to credit department regarding customer credit lines, terms, and collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing.
- 3 or more years of steel products sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers.
- Solid negotiating skills.
- Strong communication skills—verbal, presentation, and writing.
- Understanding of product knowledge and product capability.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and good driving record required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Financial Accountant - GSP Group
Headquartered in Chicago as part of the Evraz North America family of companies, General Scrap Partnership (GSP) has been in the recycling industry for over 40 years as a large metal recycler. We operate fully integrated scrap operations where we buy, process and sell a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous material. Steel is North America’s number #1 recycled material. Each year, more steel is recycled than aluminum, paper, glass and plastic combined. Recycling steel saves energy and natural resources. Job Summary:- Preparation and entry of monthly journal entries.
- Assist with monthly close process for multiple operating sites.
- Responsible for monthly consolidation of financial results including intercompany eliminations.
- Responsible for monthly account reconciliation of GL accounts.
- Assist with financial reporting by preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- This is a new role that will also help to streamline & create new processes & procedures.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years total relevant experience in accounting, including applications of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Expertise with spreadsheets (Excel) and other PC computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills and proven track record in a large organization.
- Must be a self starter with initiative to work independently.
- Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of general ledger experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

IT Analyst HR / Payroll Systems
We are looking for an IT Analyst, HR / Payroll Systems to support the analysis, design, development and operation of Human Resource and Payroll systems for EVRAZ North America.
Specific Responsibilities Include:- Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, business requirements, use cases, screen and interface designs.
- Additional duties may include custom software development and report creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce or Engineering and 3 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in HR / Payroll solutions as well as custom-developed applications and evaluating application development tools.
- Experience with Ceridian HPL, Kronos, HRMS, Performance Management Systems support would be an asset.
- Integration / upgrade experience with ERP packages (e.g. Oracle APPS), CRM would be beneficial as well.
- Experience in Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Project Management, Business Intelligence and SQL queries would be beneficial.
- Must demonstrate an unrelenting commitment to client / user service as well as the ability to balance individual client / user needs with those of the corporation.
- Experienced in different application development methodologies and understand the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches.
- A background in steel or other manufacturing sector considered an asset.

IT Director, Tubular Product Group
We are currently looking for an IT Director to support and advance the Tubular Product Groups’ enterprise mission through the application and deployment of information technology.
The IT Director will be primarily focused on the Level 3/MES systems of the group, managing the strategic and tactical planning and day-to-day operations of the IT activities in the Tubular Product Group.
The IT Director will report to the VP, CIO and indirectly to the EVP of the Tubular Product Group.

IT Program Manager
We are looking for a Program Manager to coordinate the ongoing 100 IT projects and backlog projects. This person will also establish and evolve IT methods and processes through the Project Management Office.
The Program Manager will monitor the status of IT projects and escalate significant issues when required. This person will work with other project managers, the CIO and project sponsors, he/she will identify and ensure resolution of integration issues between and within projects.
He/she will ensure conformance to IT methods and standards, ensure proper vendor performance and will ensure budget and actual tracking, correctly following project accounting processes.
Specific Responsibilities Include:- Leads the management of IT projects.
- Assists with estimating IT project timelines, resources and costs.
- Assists with assessing vendor capabilities and ensures performance measurements in place; monitors performance.

- Ability to lead diverse teams engaged in development and/or service delivery of IT initiatives.

Manager, Customer Service
We are currently looking for Manager, Customer Service for our Large Diameter Tubular products division. In this position you will be responsible for full life cycle order management. This includes: RFQ’s, Order Management, On-time Delivery, Customer follow up pre and post sale, sales and account management.
Specific Responsibilities Include:- Oversee domestic and international bid preparations to ensure timely submission of comprehensive quotation packages.
- Review technical responses for commercial application and analyze cost implications.
- Coordinate timely receipt of productivity information from Production Planning, cost information from Industrial Engineering, and load out information from Shipping.
- Oversee preparation of bid documents in either Evraz Tubular Group standard format or per customer requirement.
- With appropriate interaction with Production Planning, develop production schedules for presentation to the customers, including coordination of slab purchase deadlines, train transit times, etc.
- For larger bids and with appropriate input from other Sales Department representatives, prepare a competitive analysis to determine recommended pricing.
- Ensure that mill orders are accurately prepared (pricing, ancillary requirements, FOB points, discounts, technical comments, etc.).
- Regularly monitor production status versus the delivery commitment, and report project status to customer as required.
- Ensure all customer technical and administrative requirements are met – (MTR’s, shipping documentation, other information as required).
- Coordinate all formal meetings with customers – pre-award, pre-production, post-production meetings, etc.
- Act as primary contact to handle any problems/change orders that arise after the order is received.
- With appropriate assistance from Technical Services, resolve customer claims.
- On a quarterly basis, visit primary customers with Sales Management accompaniment.
- Entertain/socialize with customers as appropriate to maintain a favorable, long-term personal relationship.
- 4 year college degree in business, marketing or engineering, MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of industrial or manufacturing sales and customer service expertise, preferably metals related.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal with opposing opinions and effect compromise.
- A well organized self starter, capable of effectively budgeting time to meet priorities.
- Time Management skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task, while maintaining accuracy and functionality.
- Computer literate with experience in spreadsheet, word processing, time management and presentation software (Microsoft preferred).
- Willing to travel on company business up to 10%.

Manager of Strategy
We are looking for a Manager of Strategy to support the Flat Roll Product group.
The Manager of Strategy will be responsible for research and analysis that supports evaluation and decision making for the Flat Roll Product group.
The analysis supports a wide range of areas including; pricing, raw material or feed stock sources and prices, customer orders, product mix, forecasting volumes, crewing levels and M&A targets.
This person will work closely with Sales, Marketing and the Financial Planning and Analysis groups and reports to Executive Vice President of the Flat Roll Products group.
Specific Responsibilities Include:- Conducts extensive research into markets, potential markets, competitive or complementary products, customers and Product Group sales/marketing to develop and maintain a database for analysis and reporting.
- Uses data to identify potential or target markets and to recommend product strategies, including product mix and pricing.
- Develops and recommends strategies for pricing, sales volume, production levels, customer or market targets including short and long term goals and changes to policy or procedures.
- Develops and maintains Product Group’s Strategic Plan.
- Identifies patterns or trends in industry, sales and marketing results and reports on findings.
- Develops models for analysis of cost, pricing, sales, etc. in a variety of scenarios.
- Develops forecasting models and reports and assists Senior Product Group Mangers with forecast preparation, sales, business and market reports.
- Understands and maintains cost models.
- Develops Key Account Group (KAG) plan for sales in the Product Group with financial justification; monitors performance according to plan.
- Develops and posts analysis and summary of the overall accuracy of essential forecasting models and reports.
- Prepares presentations and reports.
- Assists with special projects or assignments as requested.
- An MBA with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in business/marketing analysis with 10 years total experience in relevant business field (product analysis, marketing, sales, cost accounting, etc).
- Experience in manufacturing industry desired.
- Experience with conducting market research and analysis.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and in Financial or ERP software and other PC computer applications.
- Ability to spot patterns or trends in data and tell a story thru the numbers.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain focus on achieving objectives.
- Must be motivated to gain knowledge of all aspects of the business.

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst for our our Flat Roll Products group.
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible market research, competitive analysis, profitability segmentation and reporting.
The analysis supports a wide range of areas including; pricing, raw material or feed stock sources and prices, customer orders, product mix, forecasting volumes, crewing levels and M&A targets.
This person will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Financial Planning and Analysis groups.

Director, Sales
The Evraz Inc North American Flat Rolled division is looking for a Director, Sales for the West Coast region. This person will be based at our Portland, Oregon manufacturing facility.
The Director of Sales is responsible for the direction and management of sales, market competitiveness and pricing for the Flat Rolled Divisions west coast region. This person will manage a team of 8 to 13 and have indirect P&L responsibility.

Specific Responsibilities Include:- Manage the sales and marketing activities for Flat Rolled products at each facility.

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion, sale and service for the North American flat roll products division.

Primary Function:- Overhauls, services and repairs mobile equipment in a safe manner.

Maintenance Supervisor(s) – Electrical

Waste Water Technician (1st Engineer)
Primary Functions:- Oversees wastewater treatment facilities.
- Insures uninterrupted electricity, water, and compressed air to the entire plant.
- Operates wastewater, sewage treatment and oil recovery plants in a safe manner.
