Vacation and Paid Holidays
Vacation
Employees earn vacation eligibility based on length of service. Vacation earned becomes available to be used as paid time off after January 1 the following year. Vacation is earned as shown in the schedule below. New employees' vacation in the calendar year following the year of hire is pro-rated based on the amount of time worked during the first year, using the following formula:
(Calendar days employed/365) x 10 days = Vacation Earned
Bargaining Unit Employees Vacation Schedule

| 7 but less than 17 | 3 weeks |
| 17 but less than 30 | 4 weeks |
| 30 or more | 5 weeks |
Non-Bargaining Employees Vacation Schedule

| 2 - 5 | 80 hours |
| 6 - 9 | 120 hours |
| 10 - 24 | 160 hours |
| 25 or more | 200 hours |
Paid Holidays
The Company recognizes 10 paid holidays each year.
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
