401(k) Plan

Effective date of hire, employees are automatically enrolled with a 5% contribution unless they opt out. EOS matches 100% of the first 5% contributed.

Employees direct their own investments through Schwab Corporate Services and can choose from 14 investment options, including a self-directed account. Also, the plan allows participants to borrow from their accounts. There is no monthly fee to participate.

Retirement Account

Active employees hired after 8/31/05 receive a year-end contribution from the Company equal to 3% of their pay. The benefit is vested after 3 years of service. As with the 401(k), employees direct the investment, choosing from the same investment options.

Retirement Pension Plan

Employees hired prior to 8/31/05 are eligible under the EOS Pension Plan. Pensions are calculated based on total length of service and total earnings, and employees are vested after 5 years of service. Employees may draw their full benefit at age 65. Employees with 15 years of service may draw a full benefit at age 62 or a reduced benefit as early as age 55.
