Vacation and Paid Holidays
Vacation
Paid vacation can first be taken in the calendar year following the year of hire and is a pro-rata portion of two weeks, depending on how long employed during the first year. Thereafter, two weeks are available at the first of each year and additional vacation is earned based on company service. Additionally there are 10 paid holidays per year.

Paid Holidays
The Company recognizes ten paid holidays each year. Each January holidays for the entire year are announced and posted on Company bulletin boards. Work schedules for each holiday are announced and posted in each department prior to the actual holiday. Generally, the holidays observed include:
- New Year's Day
- President's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
