Corporate Senior Tax Analyst
The Senior Tax Analyst is responsible for assisting in tax compliance, planning, accounting and audit defense projects for EVRAZ Inc. North America. Reports to the Corporate Director of Tax.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with outside firms in the preparation of the Company’s U.S. and Canadian federal, state and local provincial income tax returns, including gathering data, preparing work papers and account analysis.
- Preparation of federal and state, provincial tax estimates and extensions.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision computations under US GAAP and IFRS.
- Monitor Federal and Multi-State Tax Legislation and regulations and communicate relevant positions to management and business units.
- Research various federal and state tax related issues.
- Provide support on indirect tax matters.
- Assist with special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years federal and state tax experience within a Big 4 public accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department.

Corporate Tax Planning Manager
The Tax Planning Manager provides analysis and support for the strategic tax planning initiatives of EVRAZ Inc. North America. Reports to the Corporate Director of Tax.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifies, evaluates and implements tax saving opportunities at the federal, state and provincial level.
- Works with the businesses to identify available local and state tax savings incentives and opportunities. Provides education and guidance on tax incentives.
- Assists in M&A activities, including due diligence, analysis and planning.
- Supports the Company’s research credit claims.
- Supports transfer pricing practices to ensure compliance with income tax regulations. Provides guidance to the finance group on tax requirements as part of the overall initiative to optimize transfer pricing.
- Researches and defends the Company’s tax positions in audit/controversy matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA, MST preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years federal and state tax experience within a Big 4 public accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department.

Manager, IT, Commercial Front End and Supply Chain
The location of this position is flexible; it could be located in Chicago, Portland, Oregon or Regina, Canada.
The role of the Manager, IT, Commercial Front End and Supply Chain, is to manage the tactical planning and day-to-day operations of the IT activities relating to commercial activities and supply chain.
The IT Manager will report into the Director, IT Applications and will lead all aspects of IT systems in the area of supply chain, primarily focused on the quote-to-cash process and related processes. Although Commercial Front End is a product group specific activity at this time, there are ties to supply chain and the IT Manager will be sensitive to the requests and activities in this area.
The Manager, IT – CFE & Supply Chain must monitor and review all requests associated with supply chain, work with the product group IT teams and ensure own and the work of others meets expectations.
While he/she will be an active participant in the development of the IT supply chain system strategies, he/she will be a leader in the implementation of supply chain systems particularly from an IT business systems viewpoint and provide financial analysis support to ensure financial targets are met.
He/she must assist the PMO in planning projects and assessing financial impacts. The IT Manager will make recommendations for ongoing decisions, priority scheduling, and resource allocation of IT projects in his/her area.

The Manager, PMO is responsible for coordinating ongoing IT projects as well as establishing and evolving IT methods and processes through the Project Management Office. This position will monitor the status of IT projects and escalate significant issues when required. We are looking for an IT professional who is interested in further developing his / her expertise. Key Responsibilities:- Progress OpenEdge programming on UNIX platform (IBM AIX).
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.

Financial Analyst

Manager, District Sales

The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion and sale of Evraz Inc NA flat roll division products to customers throughout North America and for increasing market share to achieve established goals and objectives.
Job Description:- Implement established sales plans and strategies to support growing flat products business.
- Develop sales objectives and forecast for assigned market and present to appropriate National Sales Manager for approval.
- Establish and maintain strong personal contacts and relationships with key customers in assigned markets to maximize the selling of Evraz Inc NA flat roll products.
- Quote price, credit terms, delivery time, etc., consistent with company goals and objectives and within management guidelines.
- Establish and plan an itinerary of calls and develop a call pattern to attract new customer base and maintain/grow sales with existing customer base.
- Prepare reports of calls on existing customers and potential customers as well as business transactions and expenses.
- Gather relevant data to be used for strategic planning development.
- Investigate customer complaints/product performance and provide support to technical services regarding claims processing as necessary (view rejected material, offer recommendation for resolution).

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or marketing.

Manager, IT, Commercial Front End and Supply Chain
The location of this position is flexible; it could be located in Chicago, Portland, or Regina, Canada.
The role of the Manager, IT, Commercial Front End and Supply Chain, is to manage the tactical planning and day-to-day operations of the IT activities relating to commercial activities and supply chain.
The IT Manager will report into the Director, IT Applications and will lead all aspects of IT systems in the area of supply chain, primarily focused on the quote-to-cash process and related processes. Although Commercial Front End is a product group specific activity at this time, there are ties to supply chain and the IT Manager will be sensitive to the requests and activities in this area.
The Manager, IT – CFE & Supply Chain must monitor and review all requests associated with supply chain, work with the product group IT teams and ensure own and the work of others meets expectations.
While he/she will be an active participant in the development of the IT supply chain system strategies, he/she will be a leader in the implementation of supply chain systems particularly from an IT business systems viewpoint and provide financial analysis support to ensure financial targets are met.
He/she must assist the PMO in planning projects and assessing financial impacts. The IT Manager will make recommendations for ongoing decisions, priority scheduling, and resource allocation of IT projects in his/her area.

Maintenance Supervisor(s) – Electrical
If you are ready to lead and develop a team of skilled apprentices through journeymen by setting high expectations, being both strong and compassionate and by being willing to be hands-on when needed, see if your qualifications match these requirements:- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing, mill or similar environment.

Maintenance Supervisor(s) – Mechanical
If you are ready to lead and develop a team of skilled apprentices through journeymen by setting high expectations, being both strong and compassionate and by being willing to be hands-on when needed, see if your qualifications match these requirements:- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing, mill or similar environment.
- Certification or education in mechanical trades a plus; training as a journeyman or millwright in one of the following crafts: welding, pipefitting, boilermaker or machinist; OEM training a plus.
- Proficient reading blueprints, schematics and diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs necessary, experience implementing preventative desirable.
- Strong ability to plan, schedule work and manage time.
- Ability to train employees on and to enforce safe work practices.
- Willingness and ability to train and encourage ongoing development of technical and other skills in employees a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel helpful, or a willingness to immediately take company sponsored training on skills.

Mill Electrical Technician

Sales Representative I Rail & Semi-Finished Products
Responsibilities:- Professionally represent Evraz Pueblo from the office with an assigned group of Rail customers.
- Set targets, solicit business in support of those targets.
- Develop working relationships with the buying influences at each account, advise management on strategic moves needed to increase business levels with assigned accounts.
- Maintain market knowledge of competitive factors in the market.
- Strict adherence to Company policy and quality standards, a commitment to excellence, and integrity beyond reproach is required at all times.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree-Engineering, Business Administration or Physical Science.
- 2-3 years of poduct sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle Systems.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills-Oral and Written.
